Processing of your Venison or other wild game into Jerky, Snack Sticks, other Sausages, or Hind Quarter meat.
*Please bring us only, good, clean venison; Fresh or Frozen.*
All prices are based on raw weight of your venison unless specified.
Smoked Jerky (5 lbs minimum per flavor)

Regular, Cajun, Teriyaki, BBQ, Honey BBQ, Honey Teriyaki, Hickory, Mesquite, Pepper BBQ, Chipotle.
Smoked Sausages (5 lbs minimum per flavor)
$4.50/ lb (+50¢ with cheese)
Summer Sausage, Regular Salami, Cheddar Salami, Jalapeno-Cheese Salami.
Snack Sticks: Hot, Regular, Cheddar, Swiss, Teriyaki, Jalapeno Cheese, BBQ, Pepperoni, Landjagers.

Breakfast Sausage (1# Bulk)
(5 lbs minimum)

Hot Dogs, Kielbasa, Brats, Cheddar Brats
(10 lbs minimum)
$3.20/lb (+50¢ with cheese)
If you have Beef, Buffalo, Venison, Elk, Moose, Goose, etc. that you would like
to have made into Sausages, we need 25lbs per flavor to keep it separate.
