Broiled Halibut with Cheesy Topping
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 c. Butter
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Green Onions
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Halibut or other White Fish Fillets (Enough to feed 4 to 6)
Broil fish until it flakes. Sprinkle on the 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir the remaining ingredients together and spread mixture over fish. Broil until lightly browned.
