We will custom smoke your fish and game!

Beef, Pork, Poultry – See Custom Venison Smoking

Ham – $2.50/lb. (Over 15 lbs. will be cut smaller)

Bacon – $2.50/lb. (we will cut large bellies)

Turkey – $20.00 each- Whole smoked (turkeys over 17 lbs. – $25 – will be split)

Turkey parts – $2.50/lb. (add $.50/lb. for honey or maple)

Turkey Jerky – $6.50/lb. (made from breast meat only)
