Bruce Oseterhaven
President
Born and raised in Caledonia and went to South Christian High school. Grandson of Bruce Osterhavenfounder of Superior Foods, Son of Keith and Lori Osterhaven founders of Big O’Smokehouse. Full time in the Smokehouse since graduating in 2001.

Seth VanRegenmorter
General Manager
Seth grew up in Holland, Michigan and graduated from Holland Christian High School in 2000. He attended Calvin College where he met his wife. They married in 2004 and graduated from Calvin in 2005. They live in the Caledonia area and have three children who are currently home-schooled. Seth began working with Big O’ in August 2016. He started as the Market Manager, but enjoyed learning all areas of the Smokehouse. As technology became a grander part of the daily routines here, Seth slowly worked into his role now as Planning & Systems Manager.

Mitch Baker
Operations Manager
Born and raised in Caledonia and graduated from South Christian High School. Mitch started working for Big O’Smokehouse part time early on in high school, took a full time position here after graduating, and has been part of this team ever since. He now works as GM of production/operations.

Julie Jones
Food Safety Manager
Julie grew up in the Chicago area, moved to Grand Rapids in 2011 for college, and has lived in the area ever since. She’s been working at Big O’Smokehouse since 2017, and currently manages their food safety programs.
